Who is Eligible for the CM Punjab Laptop Scheme 2025

University Students
Students are enrolled in universities of the public sector or recognized institutions accredited by HEC.
- Students in the first year or second semester in 4-year BS/BSc BS/BSc degrees.
- Master’s students (only the first semester).
- Minimum marks of 65% in annual tests as well as 2.5 CGPA in semester systems.
- Students attending Professional Colleges
- MBBS, BDS, Engineering Agriculture, Veterinary and MBBS students.
- Academic performance must meet the criteria for eligibility.
- Matriculation High Achievers
- The top 100 positions holders of exam matric in each province.

How to Apply for the Laptop Scheme 2025?
The process of applying is now streamlined to increase clarity and efficiency. In contrast to previous stages, students don’t have to apply manually. In lieu, the universities manage the application process internally.
University’s Role
- Universities collect and verify information about those who are eligible to study.
- A verified copy of the list is sent to HEC to get their approval.
